Did anyone hear Ted Danson's nasty remark about Republicans on Sunday's episode of Becker?
Posted on 02/06/2003 7:02:12 AM PST by OldBlondBabe
I called my dad today to wish him a happy birthday. During our conversation he told me he had added Ted Danson to his list of "a$$h*les" along with Clooney, etc. Apparently Danson's character on Sunday's episode of "Becker" made a nasty remark about Republicans which really ticked him (Dad) off. He wondered if I had read or heard anything.
Anyone...?

Proud to say I have never watched Becker as Danson is on my never watch or listen to list.

These types of antics by Hollywood Libs fail to surpise me anymore. I already refuse to watch anything with a Baldwin, Barbara Streisand, etc. One more isn't going to make a difference

Danson lost my interest the first season of Becker. We change the channel or turn it off.

Lie-berals are so overboard and out of touch with mainstream America that they don't realize, when they try to make a joke like that, mainstream Americans are thinking "That insult joke would have been really funny, but they ruined it by putting in a word that's grossly exaggerated...'REPUBLICANS'."

the kid said why bother because there are various drugs to keep him going if he catches anything.
So Danson says something like the only people that stupid are Republications.
And this guy....who I highly suspect of "not" being a Republican:

Don't you guys realize that these actors are the same pussies who took Drama in high school? You didn't care what they thought then, so don't worry about it now... Amen! And just turn off the stupid TV.

According to Dimson, we should already be dead from environmental degradation.

Not surpising. His socialist views are well known.

Becker is the fifth floor fire escape that Danson's career is hanging onto (with white knuckles), trying desperately to keep from spiralling into the bottom right "Poopie Goldbrick Memorial" seat on Hollyweird Squares.

I'll even change the channel instead of watching a 30 second phone plan commercial featuring Danny Glover.

You sound like one of those closeted, towel-snapping high school athletes. Lighten up, Dave. Or were you in the Drama club?

"What happened during Cheers! that turned the cast into a bunch of whiny liberals."Don't know if that's true: Seems like the only successful alum of that show, "Frasier", is in real life fairly conservative.

"Danson replied "You have reache a level of stupidity known only to Republicans and other lower life forms."But... but Ted! Isn't it true that far more of YOUR Dimocrat 'good buddies' have somehow mysteriously 'acquired' AIDS than have those stupid ol' Republicans?
Do you suppose those dumb ol' Republicans know something that you and the 'Rock Hudson Gang' don't?
Hmmm?

And the "doctor" was advising the kid to use condoms to prevent the transmission of STDs? Such advice can have lethal consequences. But, never mind, Comrade Dense-on. What's the worth of the lives of a few of your impressionable teenage viewers when stacked up against your liberal, anti-American bully pulpit.
I haven't watched reruns of "Cheers" since Wooden Harlotson and Ted Dense-on showed their true colors...

Yeah, Ted Danson. The guy who broke up his marriage for Whoppie Goldberg. The guy who was so drunk during the 'after party' for the Cheers final episode, he made himself look like an ass on national television. Yeah, sure. He's just the guy who is qualified to point fingers at others.
