[history]
Large-scale searches for Modesto's Laci Peterson ended weeks ago. Now her family is trying to get the ball rolling again.
Wednesday, Peterson's family announced that it is organizing volunteer searches on the remaining three Saturdays in February: the first is set for this weekend along the Delta- Mendota Canal.

GREAT POST!
So if we are believe this story, then Amber's style was to leave messages on her married boyfriend's answering machines?
Oh, say it isn't so, Amber.

RG, been meaning to say welcome back, and why let such a little thing like work get in the way...:-)
This guy is one piece of work, I really hope something comes along to nail his hide to the wall soon. Usually, I really want to wait for a trial, but Scott has outdone himself, covered himself in the hall of shame, #1 dubious achievement award winner, you name it, he's won it on his post kidnap/murder rampage. As others have said, he is either the stupidiest man on this planet, or the guiltiest (and one who is unaware that he wants to be caught, given his post crime track record).
Last night, when I heard that Nasa was starting to go to CA, I did think, wouldn't it be ironic that what Scott thought had saved him and removed him from the spotlight would now be the final coup de crap? However, it appears that Scotty is lovin' the spotlight so much, that, in itself, might be enough to seal his fate.

Thanks for getting these stories to us.
Amber Frey not the innocent damsel? Could have fooled me. Not. The only legit massage therapists I know of are big and ugly and named Olaf. Just kidding but you have to admit her occupation does raise eyebrows. Ahem.

Now I'll be a monkey's aunt. No wonder Amber didn't want her friends talking to tabloids.
Very, very strange about Amber going to see the baby and throwing a baby shower....
Wasn't there a comment somewhere that Amber's father made that she was getting suspicious about Scott because she always had to call his *cell phone*. Maybe she did find his home number. I take back the nice comment I once made about Amber, she a hoe.

Thanks for the welcome back and work related advice. : )
SP is twisting in the wind. Somebody convinced him to take off early for his seminar in Mexico. Good advice he could have laid low and stayed away from the media. Oh no! He calls at least one reporter and makes an ass of himself. Who knows if he really checked out or what. Tick, tick, tick....
To: Velveeta
I reserved judgment on Miss Amber, but if this article is true, I do concur--she is a 'ho.

lol....yep... I think Sp likes Ted Rowlands... Me thinks I would like to send a friendly email if KTVU has him listed.....lol...

Amber aside (or any other position it seems). The voice analyst is backed up by another criminologist
here.
To: Rheo
media keeps stating stuff that is not corrected since the near last news conference in Jan. It was Laci's step dad that called police, not SP....
To: Velveeta
"maybe she did find out he was married"
And maybe she knew it before she met him...It's a "thing" with her; as in the twisted cranium...Want to know more about that(her?) baby..IMHO..I am thinking about a "FATAL ATTRACTION" type of thing....With a twist(no pun intended)of it's own...Lord how sad if true..:-(

DD, I think the KOVR news at 10 pm will air a clip or segment on Laci case.... also another missing Modesto woman too....

27 year old Michelle Hart of Fresno watched TV and recognized Amber as the woman who had an affair with her husband. What is it with these people? Amber sees Scott on TV and recognizes him as her boyfriend. Michelle sees Amber on TV and blahblahblah. Who is going to see Michelle on TV and recognize her for something?
To: runningbear
I always thought they both called....but the step father called first... I can't swear to it right now..I will check back and see..
I just think this Amber thing is the tip of the final solution..Just a feeling...IMHO...:-)

LOL, viking chick. But maybe you're more correct than you think.
I still find it hard to believe that Amber called the police department and said "what are you doing showing pictures of MY boyfriend?"...or something to that effect.
Are Scott and Amber really that naive, or do they just think the public is?

Didn't the police clear Amber of any involvement in this crime?
She must have an alibi.
