The foreign ministers of Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia, however, put out a statement in support of the U.S. position.

If we add these to the eight European nations who have already expressed their support, who is left? Germany and France and some Scandinavian countries and Luxembourg and Liechtenstein and Andorra and Monaco and San Marino...and who else?

Also, we are still lacking support from Holland, Belgium, Austria, Greece, Ireland, and Switzerland.
