What will be important is what Chinese diplomats say tomorrow, and what French diplomats say tomorrow, and so forth.
And when I say important, I mean in a relative way. In the grand scheme of things, what matters is what the President thinks is important, and what the American people think is important.
That's what I first thought of with China. They would have urged delay even if atomic weapons on missiles were found. I hope people think about the ramifications of that.
