To be frank, I don't think Bush could do this good of a job at an 1 1/2 presentation.

And I think President Bush knows that, too. He knows this is too important to give an INCH to the people who would dwell on his occasional verbal gaffes. And he is humble enough to allow Powell to steal the limelight for what may be THE signature moment in this conflict. He trusts his people.

Bush knows the power in allowing talented people to use their talents-- and not worry about an ego that needs to hog the spotlight like X42.
