I saw it. I think it was the Mansoor fellow - the one who first stated Clinton had been offerd Bin Laden by Sudan. France knows about ricin cells/Iraq link and won't reveal it to the public for several reasons. One being he doesn't want to cause a panic in France. Afraid I can't recall the second, more compelling reason.
