This is UNBELIEVABLE!! Would someone please explain to me how any department such as State or SSA can work to give away OUR money to anyone - much less illegals. Where do they get the power to do so? Is anyone in Washington aware of what's going on there?

Most of the time, government doesn't need the authority to do anything anymore. They just do what they want and see if they can get away with it. If they do something that amounts to a crime, who's going to prosecute them?
