What is that - like Warp 6?

I think warp factors are the cube root of the multiple of the speed of light, so 18 times the speed of light is, uh, about Warp 2.62. I think.

(I'm very, very scared that I remember that...)

I don't think so - Warp 10 would be only 1000X the SOL, which means it would take about 36 hours for a trip from Earth to Alpha Centauri to occur, and that's ignoring acceleration.
