Agreed. Studies have shown that after adjusting for time in the workforce, woman make 97% or 98% of what men do, and that's statistically the same pay. Males are VISUAL whereas females are not. Highlighting boobs or whatever stumulate males. That's also another difference between normal males being aroused by women and not infant girls.
