within the 'conventions' of war would this be acceptable or would they be tried under war crimes.It doesn't seem acceptable to me but I don't know what the other side is 'allowed' to do once they have been attacked.

I think it would depend, somewhat, on whether they were in Iraqi military uniform and what type of target they were attacking.

The other side is allowed to fight like men, not spread out and terrorize like cowards...Exterminate em without a trial if they're caught attempting anything!!!
