CPAC this year was a great success for FReeperdom! We managed to get many great interviews for FRN Radio, and we got to meet loads of conservatives. A refreshing change from last year was that instead of people walking up and whispering in your ear, "Hey, I lurk. Don't tell anyone". This year, FReeRepublic.com was known by virtually everyone that stopped by the booth. People stopped whispering about their addiction, they were proud of knowing about, and being a participant in such a great forum.
It was a huge surprise to have Registered show up at an event. He is wonderful in person, and funny too!
The loss of the Columbia was a shock to everyone at CPAC. The hotel TVs were on all day with the coverage.

Thanks for the album of all my favorite FReepers, hard at work, as usual.
I must say McAuliffe has huge cojones to wade into a FReeper event as if he belonged there.

Do you mean to tell me they actually let y'all have the blimp this year? After the horrid driving...er flying...maybe that's piloting ...by Taxman and VOC last year?! :-)
Sorry I couldn't have been there this year, but with any luck I can come see some creative flying next year.
It's wonderful to see that we were so well represented at CPAC, but is Registered hiding from the camera?? lol

Y'all don't look like right-wing radical fringe whackjobs as much as you look like a Geritol commercial waiting to happen.

..CPAC this year was a great success for FReeperdom!..Bravo, abner! Good on you, for holding FR's flag high there. And thanks for the pics, too. It's always fascinating, to see how close the mental image you hold of a certain Freeper is to the reality. Best regards, B.

To: abner; Bob J; diotima; The Shrew
The Shrew and Glaswegian did an amazing 48 interviews in three days for RadioFR with some of the biggest names there are. People like Mark Levin, David Horowitz, David Keene, Grover Norquist, Michelle Malkin, Art Linkletter, Gary Aldrich, John Garthwaite, Brent Bozell, Joseph Farah, and the list goes on. They did yeoman's work at CPAC and you'll get to hear them in upcoming RadioFR shows. Keep an eye out for upcoming show announcements :)

Thanks for taking and posting the fabulous photos. I look forward to reading the entire thread. The balloons were a wonderful festive aspect of the exhibition hall.
