Dave,

It should surprise nobody that shuttle debris sales (or claims to that effect) are already appearing on eBay. I am contacting eBay to ascertain their policy on such sales.

"Bits of machinery were found strewn across the city of Nacogdoches on Saturday, hours after space shuttle Columbia broke apart over Texas. Happy bidding !"

------ End Forwarded Message

(eBay has already killed the auction.)

These people will soon find out that attempting to sell United States Government property is very expensive to your free time and pocketbook.
