I apologize for the bonehead remark. But I don't apologize for stating the obvious - NASA is more interested in presenting a good show than in making good science. (But I have yet to see an apology to me for accusing me of making things up about her). This is enough for this sideshow. Move on.

Is it your contention that no one from outside the US can "make good science"? That the best person for the job, out of all the people in the world, "must" be American?

Okay, Ashley, you got in the last word, now can the subject! Some of us have been watching the US Space Program since before Sputnik and things like this hit us hard! Those who fly are typically the best and brightest and bravest. Don't ever forget that!
