"I was a teenager in New Hampshire, watching live when the Challenger exploded - we were so proud that a teacher form our state had been chosen, and our moment of pride quickly turned to sorrow... I had hoped to never see anything like that ever again... Now this... I am speechless..."

Unfortunately and paradoxically, tragic death like this is part of life. For some reason today, this isn't hitting quite as hard as the Apollo fire or the Challenger but I still have that extreme nausea that comes with events like this and the feeling of absolute helplessness. There is nothing we can do but pray.

I know - I've seen enough death in this life... I think what bothers me more than anything is that it's entirely possible that wer may never know the why and how of what happened...

Well ... I'm just waiting for some dippy democrat to say that x42 never had this opportunity to look presidential.
