Dan Rather took a cold call on the air this morning from a guy who said he was from Texas and said he found "Baba Guis" (?)teeth and that Dan Rather was stupid.

Dan just stared blankly and Dan's co-host had to inform Dan that it was a crank call.

The funny part is that I told my wife this was going to happen right before it did.

Second incident on CBS, yes.   I find their antics absolutely disgusting and would revel in their receiving the scorn of fellow hurt Americans.

Dan Rather took a cold call on the air this morning from a guy who said he was from Texas and said he found "Baba Guis" (?)teeth and that Dan Rather was stupid.

It's "Baba Booey." It's a reference to Howard Stern's radio producer. Stern "fans" try to call network news shows in situations like this, I think two of them got through to various outlets this morning.

Another Stern fan made Peter Jennings look like a total idiot during the OJ Simpson slow-speed chase several years back. Al Michaels had to come on and gently inform Petah that it was a prank caller.
