Shuttle has NOT been heard from or seen on tracking radar since 0800Hrs CDT. No contact at Merrit Island tracking station, no voice comm...DEVELOPING.

It's normal...ground clutter around the radar site.

The round area is normal radar scatter centered around the radar site. Should have nothing to do with the streak on the lower left.

My daughter clipped a newspaper article a couple days before Columbia took off that said they had found a cracked metal ball in the fuel line of Discovery. They checked all the other shuttles EXCEPT Columbia because it was already on the launch pad.

I'll look for it on the paper's website and post it here if I find it.......
