One theory i have as far as the umbrellas are concerned, is that he might have killed her during the night of 23rd. In the early morning hours under the cover of darkness he disposed of her body in water using the umbrella bases as weights/ anchors. He drives back home and then realises that the umbrellas without the bases might look suspicious. So just before he goes on his "fishing" trip he takes the umbrellas to the warehouse to hide them. I think that he was making REPLACEMENT anchors for the umbrellas. He had used the originals to dispose of the body.

Exactly, the umbrellas would be quite obviously leaning without their stands & would be more obvious than if they were gone completely. The reports kept saying that the police took the umbrellas, but that part of them was missing & it didn't dawn on me til last nite that they were talking about the bases that were missing! Also, kind of odd to take them "cause of rain" which he claimed on GMA show, since it's been reported that it had been raining for about 5 days prior to the 24th and had finally cleared up on the 24th. Nothing he says makes any sense! He's tripping over his own lies now.

How did he get her into deep enuf water with the umbrella bases on her to sink her, if he didn't have the boat yet?..did he go get the boat in the middle of the night, do the dirty deed, and then take the boat back?

Dumbass should have probably stolen the neighbors instead of taking a chance her body is found with the umbrella bases from their own house.

How was he going to pull off making replacement bases, were the original ones made of concrete too so no one in the family would notice?

I guess anyone that would sink her body in water and then use fishing as his alibi is not too bright.
