Germany is the country that let Monica Seles' stabber walk free because a court determined he was too crazy to lock up.

France is the country from which Saddam was able to acquire nuclear materials back in the 1980s before Israel bombed and destroyed his would-be nuclear plant.

Saddam can have Germany and France all he wants. I'll take Hungary's support, Italy's support and most of the rest of Europe, as well.
