WASHINGTON, Jan 29, 2003 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- Sen. Ted Kennedy is introducing a resolution in the Senate calling on President Bush to obtain new congressional approval before acting against Iraq. A spokesman for the Massachusetts Democrat said Wednesday Kennedy believes the situation has changed since October's resolution and North Korea is a more pressing issue.

Was it just me or did Ted actually look sober during last night's SOTU speech?

Saddam takes a drive with Teddy and a complimentary case of Scotch. Sounds like a winner to me.

So, does ole "Chappaquidick" wish to just posture to try and make the Dims more relevant than the UN, or does he see it as a chance to screw over the country by acting as a stumbling block?

I find that it was very perceptive and forward-thinking of the Prez when he asked for, and got the blanket authorizations he wanted; both from Congress and the UN, so he can legally do what needs to be done. And....all they can do is...

WHINE...

The fat bastard strikes again. This is an act of desparation on the part of the demonRATS. President Bush has them by the gonads; they have not a single leg to stand on. All they can do is make themselves look like the jerks that they are and always have been.

North Korea more pressing than Iraq? Does that mean that the Dove'o'crats are now pressing for war with North Korea?

It's all so much horse flop.

The fact is, I hope all RATS sign this thing. Especially those up for re-election in '04.

Was it just me or did Ted actually look sober during last night's SOTU speech?

1) He looked drunk
2) He didn't pay attention last night and started writing at the start of the SOTU address
3) The scumbag fell asleep during the SOTU.

The resolution also requires an additional resolution each time Kennedy wants one!

What is wrong with this traitor? His brother Jack must be spinning in his grave. Surely, Ted and Jack did not come from the same parents!

Ted, we already did this!! You lost!! Tell Saddam, "No."

Why on earth would this traitor want to keep postponing the inevitable. He will always be able to find something that he thinks is more important. We are at war and the bad guys are planning another attack. Where is the mystery to that? Why the Kennedy treason?

I guess Sen. Fathead missed the TWO resolutions congress has passed authorizing Pres. Bush to use any and all force he deems appropriate in the war on terror.
