Sheesh...over 1500 posts! I decided to just sit and watch and listen to the speech without trying to run back to the computer and post. I thought it was fantastic and he moved me to tears a number of times.

Haven't had a chance to read the thread but your words paraphrased what I never thought I'd hear from Juan Williams. He said he was truly moved by the "human" man standing in front of the nation. He was particularly touched, not so much with aid to Africa but when Bush discussed mentors, helping kids whose parents are in prison and on drugs. He said here was a man "who was truly IN TOUCH with all we're facing as a nation be it the economy, health care and terrorist threats". I thought I heard his voice crack and he even caused Britt to pause. His reaction was truly remarkable and something I will never forget. Let's hope he doesn't as well.
