There was an eerie photo in Time or U.S. News & World Report after the Challenger disaster, in which one of the memorable photos immediately after the explosion was magnified many times. It showed the clearly intact Challenger crew cabin, separated from the rest of the shuttle, falling away from the main body of the explosion and the Y-shaped plumes of the booster rockets.

If anyone has a copy of this photo or even remembers seeing it, I'd like to know where it was published.
