Thanks, the other ones I've tried didn't have the insignia....
DAY of SUPPORT
Tues, 1/28/03....FLY your flags (U.S., British, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Spanish, Quatar, Kuwaiti, Australian and Japanese one, too if you have them)....and put up your BUSH/CHENEY signs, (and the BIG W's on your SUV's) for the STATE of the UNION next Tuesday, Jan 28th, if you support the President, our MILITARY and the United States of America. PSST....pass it on.

The ones with the insignia aren't too common...but it really makes a difference in the appearance of the flag. I didn;t realize you already had the Spanish flag up...sorry.
I guess I ought to start stopping in at the Fox Hole threads more often now that things are heating up...if you start doing a seperate "Day of Support" thread, or already have one for FReepers from all the allied countries to gather, please put me on your ping list.
Now I need to go to bed and catch up on some sleep. G'Night! Your Support bombs are GREAT!

American intelligence capabilities are extraordinary, but they are far from the omniscient, all-seeing eye depicted in so many Hollywood movies. Was this a little dig? A code word? A bow of reverence?

Try putting them in a table. For example, using the html:
<table cellpadding=7>
<tr>
<td><img height="120" src="http://www.workmall.com/flags/united_states_flag_files/us-s.gif" width="120"></td>
<td><img height="120" src="http://www.imagesoft.net/flags/flagimgs/austral1.gif" width="120"></td>
<td><img height="120" src="http://www.theodora.com/flags/new12/uk-s.gif" width="120"></td>
</tr>
</table>
will produce the display:
The entire table is bracketed with "<table> </table>", each row is bracketed with "<tr> </tr>", and each data element with "<td> </td>".

Oh - and if you only specify one of height or width, instead of both, then you won't be forcing the flags to be square. Might look better.

screw the globalist CFR By my count, he mentions the "UN" over 40 times.
How many times does he mention the Congress (who has the sole authority to make war)? Zero.
How many times does he mention the Constitution? Zero.
This speech has nothing to do with making the case for attacking Iraq, and everything to do with legitimizing the UN.
Welcome to the New World Order.

It's tabelizing just fine - one flag per row - just like you asked it to ;). The <tr>'s bracket each row; to put multiple flags on a row, put multiple <td><img ...></td> inside a single <tr> bracket. That is, remove most of the "</tr><tr>" breaks.

The proper proportions of a U.S.Flag are 1.0 to 1.9, I believe. So if you are specifying both the height and width of the image, better to specify (since 120 * 1.9 ==> 228):
<img height="120" src="http://www.workmall.com/flags/united_states_flag_files/us-s.gif" width="228"> yielding:
