I didn't say it was a set up, I said his reaction sounded like that was what he was saying. However, have any police reports been released, documents telling us exactly what happened. Based on what I have read thus far and his reaction, this guy should be locked up and I want to know why he is not.

When exactly did he get caught using internet, and when did he first change his mind about Iraq? What exactly was the deal he got and who exactly were the people that gave him the deal and why? Who and how was the news released?

I have only heard bits and pieces of the story and it does not make sense to me.

Sorry if it looked like I was picking your comment to reply. It's just that I saw several people talking about this earlier and tending to make a case for a set up.

I saw your post early on this thread and jumped on it because it tended to slant toward that possibility as well.

For those who would say, or even begin to consider a set up, I merely ask if they could ever see themselves in a similar situation with similar outcome.

My personal opinion as to why he's still walking the street is that he probably has a darned good lawyer!

All William Scott Ritter Jr. has to do is say the word and those records will be open. Given his performance on CNN tonight, he won't even talk about the case, prompting the usually mushy Aaron Brown to get most peeved at Ritter and told him he was "radioactive."
