President Bush and First Lady Laura Bush left the White House this morning to go to Landover, Maryland, where the President, joined by Condoleezza Rice, spoke to the congregation of First Baptist Church of Glenarden on the anniversary honoring slain civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. He was welcomed warmly and given a standing ovation by the congregation, and spoke from his heart of the prejudice still holding people back, and the need for healing the hurt and hopelessness that still exist . On Sunday, the President announced his proposal to increase spending to historically black and Hispanic colleges, and universities by 5%. Enjoy your Daily Dose of Dubya!!

That's too bad that they have to postpone the surgery. But at least they realized they didn't have the instrument before they cut you open.

FYI: The man who wrote Bias is going to be on Hannity and Colmes in a few minutes. I believe he is going to be talking about whether or not we are getting fair coverage on the war with Iraq.
