Yup. That is why there are "sting operations" out there. To protect kids from perverts like Ritter--and some who are far worse. This is not "Minority Report." Ritter was out to take advantage of what he thought was a real live sex object. He knew it was illegal, yet he was willing to do it all the same. I hope he has learned his lesson. And I hope that law enforcement finds more of these sick, predatory creeps. Less chance of them hurting someone in the long run...
