That's a piss poor "mugshot", imho, it doesn't show the info such the police department, date, etc.

I agree about the mug shot NOT looking like a mug shot. Could be be taken for a HUGE ride.....someone trying to DISCREDIT all who believe this story? Rush certainly acted like he didn't want much to do with it. hmmmmm.....kind of reminds me of the Carvile wife-beating story.
