Obviously, Scott Ritter was not one of them.
I STILL think this smells like the Clintons. They have a history of messing with records...sealing or releasing them as suits their purpose.
We really need to find out about the people in the DA's office...both the gal who was fired and the DA, who might have thrown her to the wolves to protect his own hide...particularly if the feds had started investigating Ritter and discovered that this had been sealed.
