Let stay out of this and let the people of Venezuela bring about the end of this bastard son of Fidel.
If they want this to end, they can end it, very quickly!

I know the administration has their hands full but this guy has to go NOW. Couldn't agree more. Now that he's disarmed the police (the only armed opposition to him), it's going to be very difficult for Venezuelans to do this alone.

If there are some gunrunners lurking, there's lots of money to be made in Venezuela.

Time to take Chavez down - it sure looks like the people of Venezuela could use some help.

Let stay out of this and let the people of Venezuela bring about the end of this bastard son of Fidel. Yep. They elected a socialist - they got what they asked for.
I saw one of the protestors the other day on TV holding a sign that said Bush just wanted their oil. Now really, this is Bush's fault, too? (They must get CNN there). Must have been a low IQ peacenik wanna be, for sure.
This is not our problem. They'll figure it out without the U.S. becoming their scapegoat.

Let stay out of this and let the people of Venezuela bring about the end of this bastard son of Fidel. If they want this to end, they can end it, very quickly! With what, harsh language. He's disarmed the police. On top of that thugs from Cuba, China, Libya, and Algeria are pouring in. This calls for either a sniper team insert or a carrier parked off the coast.
There's no way he can't go the way of Allende with ease. This guy isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Two Miami disc jockeys were able to breach his security by playing recorded clips of Castro. This moron actually engaged in a conersation with a tape recorder.
I saw a clip of him doing an interview on Fox News. He actually believes the Venezuelan TV stations are broadcasting subliminal messages through the TV screen telling the people to riot. How long before those poor bastards wind up in a dank cell with a jumper cable from a car battery attached to their 'nads.

He can still be cancelled.
It may be bloody and somewhat prolonged, but it will happen.
If not, one of our carriers when it comes back from the Middle East can handle the situation, after we finish our task without interuptions over there!

How tragic...none of our business. Why do you think that the political situation in Venezuela is none of our business?

They'll figure it out without the U.S. becoming their scapegoat. We already ARE their "scapegoat." Perhaps you missed Chavez leading a burning of the American flag after 9/11? Or his expressions of devotion to North Korea and al Qaeda?
Sorry, he needs to be gone, one way or the other, before this gets even worse. I think that our failure to support the attempted rebellion in April last year (which was purely a Venezuelan product, btw) has simply let Chavez get really entrenched and given him time to root out any domestic opposition.
He's already said that no matter how people vote, he's not leaving. So the option is?

If we come in simply because they decided to change their minds later, we end up with thugs from Cuba, China, Libya, and Algeria against us, too.
We can't be everywhere for everybody and savng any leftie that makes a bad decision. If people chose to vote for left wing socialists in another country, how does that become Americas burden?
To: Grampa Dave
Let stay out of this and let the people of Venezuela bring about the end of this bastard son of Fidel. That might not be possible. He is arming the thugs and torquing the security apparatus in such a way as to crush his opposition.
