This warrants a first strike. Also note that the image of the nuclear bomb going off is taken from the perspective of someone standing on a very large ship. Do they intend on delivering the nukes by cargo ship ? Just like the movie 'The Sum of All Fears ?'. Something in that movies plot line troubled me, beside of course the nuke going off in Baltimore. The bomb got to the US mainland much faster then a ship could have gotten it there. Yet, we were supposed to think it travelled by ship. Not implying anything, just pointing out the irony.
