"What non-music files? Like the bootlegged version of Microsoft Office you got off Lime Wire?"
Give ME a break, pal. I do publishing, which means I've got thousands of picture scans that I like to back up. I create them, from MY photos, from start to finish, with NOBODY'S copyright being violated. Got that? So tell me again, genius, why I need to pay a fee to the RIAA for backing up MY OWN FILES?!

Sorry pal, but just like crooks who rip off insurance companies, Medicare paitence who defraud the govenment and vandals who smash windows of retail outlets, freeloaders force all of us to pay more; directly or indirectly.
Too bad for you and me.
