You're dreaming.
China's technology is years behind the US already (especially on the military side), and will never catch up. Remember, there's a big difference between just building a TV or computer (which any third-world country can do - look at South Korea) and creating new technological breakthroughs (which are what keeps the US on top). Look at the number of patents issued worldwide - China is light-years behind the US when it comes to new ideas.

"In the 21st Century, less than 5 years from now the Asian economies will exceed in size that of the United States. China's economy is expected to continue to grow at a blistering 10% or more per year until its economy surpasses ours sometime within the next two decades. Clearly, while the 20th century was the American century, the 21st Century belongs to Asia."

"If, as expected, Chinas economy surpasses the US by 2015 and Indias reachesvthe size of Japans, it is almost inevitable that therewill be a change in the composition of the worlds top global companies."

This is America no longer top dog that Clinton spoke about. This is the path he created by giving China the technology and the backing of investors by the US government, to knock down our economy and bolster theirs.

A lot of truth in what you say.
However, China is happy enough to beg, buy or steal innovative ideas.
They are REALLY BURNED by the reality that they used to be the most technologically advanced society and are now coming from last place more or less to join the modern world. They won't be content until they are king of the hill again. They really are intent on making this century and to their minds, this 1,000 years THE CHINESE MILLENIUM.
And they really don't care who they step on or obliterate in the process.
Thankfully, God has some options they wouldn't begin to expect. But otherwise, they'd be sobering contenders.
