I remember reading that before Scott attended California Polytechnic State University, he had gone to another college, but had left suddenly. Does anyone remember the name of that college? It was in an early article. Wonder what could have happened there.

As for Scott having left ASU after 6 months, maybe he just flunked out. If he did, then he'd have lost his scholarship--actually, he would have probably lost it the minute his grades started to sink (if they did). Maybe the family knows this very well (at least, his parents) but didn't want to tell the public why he really left.
