Looks like sophisticated warfare for that era. Would look great in a movie. With lotsa catapults, gun powder and divine winds.

The emperor and the miltary leadership thought that those divine winds would destroy us in 1945. Even after we'd destroyd their fleet and were burning their cities. Those beliefs got several million Japanese killed and may have killed millions more Japs and Yanks had we not dropped the big ones

This reads a lot like the Spanish Armada, complete with shipwrecks and a “Divine Wind”.
