I thought he was working on computer codes and had nothing to do with W-88 warhead design.
First he was accused of spying for the Chinese. Next he was accused of spying for Taiwan. Later, It was revealed that he was spying for the FBI.
While he was sitting in jail, some classified tape went missing and then found behind some copy machine. Did anything come out of that event?
The whole event sounded like selective prosecution.
