Why are the courts always the first resort for these people? We live in a Representative Republic. Go talk to your representative. If you can't make a case to him and the rest of your countrymen, then maybe your idea isn't so great.

Another case of morons tying up the courts with stupid cases, raising costs and lengthening delays for those who need the justice system.

What a way to raise your kids. Does it occur to these dim bulbs that the draft is primarily used to fill the front lines? Do we really want women serving in those positions? I'd guess the overwhelming response would be "no", but going to the courts conveniently circumvents the will of the people and their representatives.

Frankly, Bush ought to place SS back in "deep standby", and the Pubs in Congress ought to remove Jimmy the Peanut-Brain's legacy altogether, just to show that if the 'Rats posture, he'll take that posturing and shove it up their -- OK, this is a family forum -- noses.
