Thanks for posting... Look for disenchantment with some of the words he chose to use. It's almost impossible to please all...... But this is a good start in getting away from full blown quotas...

That's what I figure too! This is a large step in getting away from quotas! Cannot please all of the people all the time! Some on here he cannot please any of the time!
