How so? From where I sit, most of the money first goes in to finance individual home mortgages from private investors and small regional banks, who then turn around and insure, package, and wrap various home mortgages in order to sell them on Wall Street (or Wisconsin Ave).
So please help me understand what you are calling the "black ops" for pumping money into that environment.
What's "black" about it, or are you looking at a component that is outside of my limited view?
