I heard him say that, too. With all the people he mentioned who were involved, they probably weren't looking through records.
He mentioned that this began at 6PM last night. I wonder if they got search warrants for all the lab emplyees' homes? Maybe they have identified the person who took/misplaced them and they are investigating that person for any terrorist connections.
A friend of mine was going home from work last night in Lubbock at around 7:30 p.m. She was going down a main, but 2-lane street on the edge of town (set for expansion to 4 lanes soon--98th for those of you from Lubbock). There is a pretty downrun neighborhood toward the east-end of that street (lots of foreigners, low-income residents and graduate students), with houses that face east or west. She pulled over because she thought a policeman was having car trouble pulled over to the side. His patrol car had both the hood and trunk open, and he was pulled over by a house. He seemed to be getting some equipment out, and he was very rude to her when she offered her assistance--basically told her to buzz off--I wonder if he was searching a home?
On Fox News flash a few minutes ago, it was said that Thomas C. Butler had destroyed the missing bacteria cultures, which is a felony.
Will post more when it is repeated later.
