Okay, we went from capitalists causing poverty in workers (until it was shown that workers' were actually thriving and improving their lot), to capitalists AND workers in advanced countries actually causing poverty in third world countries (by giving jobs to the unemployed?).

When the workers in the third world who are thrilled to have a job (usually paying a little more than standard local wages) are seen to start to prosper who are they going to bash?

Marxists simply cannot see that a person who builds a sawmill in the wilderness and makes a profit actually benefit everyone involved. First, he provides a valuable commodity. Second, he provides jobs. And third, he allows people to dedicate more of their own time to other tasks that help them live better.

Except the trees.

The last refuge of Marxism is inevitably environmentalism, since the flora and fauna cannot tell them to take a hike.
