Just read By Sen. Hutchinson, (R Tex) in the senate lobby and showing that the democrats are trying to undo the election of a Republican Majority, in short:

The Democrats are refusing to turn over the committees to the GOP. That means they are shutting down the Senate. The media ignores.

However, in the paper this morning there was an article on something like this and Frist said something about appointing his committee people anyway, regardless of the Democrats wanting to "adjust" committee funding to make it 50-50. So, yes, the Dems may be trying something but Frist seems to be shooting them down, again.
