Though you do not pay attention, I have already told you that one of these border looney tune militias has a newsletter previously posted on one of these never-ending threads that attacked Pope John Paul II and the Catholic Church. The trigger was a papal statement in favor of free immigration throughout the world (he had a little personal experience in Poland with Iron Curtains) but the attack was broad. I do not collect this stuff. I read it, judge it and move on. You can believe me or not as you see fit.
SPLC?????? Whazzat?
Read the constitution. This business about borders and immigration is not a constitutional prohibition against the Mexicans entering. The Fifth Amendment say that the federal government must respect rights as attaching to all persons not merely citizens. The Fourteenth Amendment say the same as to states (in case militias or national guard are an issue). Each provides that there will be no deprivation of life, liberty or property of any person without due process of law. A bunch of good ol' boys out in the desert wearing American flag bandannas is NOT due process of law. If the law will not act, well, the law will not act. Run Tancredo against Bush in the 2004 primaries and see how far you get. In fact that is a great idea. As Dubya trounces his backside into the earth, it will make it clear to America's largest and fastest growing minority that the GOP is not the problem.
A while back, we were proud to have another CINO (as surely you would describe him) who said that the one thing we may thank God for is that we are not getting all the government we are paying for. Fellow named Ronald Reagan. Not a paranoid or xenophobic bone in his body.
You don't get to hijack the conservative movement and destroy its name.
You said the concept wasn't real. I just proved that it was, so you now try to downplay the presented evidence. Typical, and typically lame.

Once again, present proof, please - and tie it directly to the groups in question. Your word has about as much credibility here as Clinton's, and for the exact same reason.

Legally. LEGALLY. What part of legally do you not understand? I can only assume that you are being this dense on purpose, which only further cements my opinion of you as a completely dishonest person.
You don't get to abuse language and logic like Clinton and expect us not to respond. The only person you're impressing here is yourself...
