[history]
The number of "partial-birth" abortions has tripled in the past four years, according to a report on abortion trends released this week.
An estimated 2,200 dilation and extraction, or D&X, abortions were conducted in 2000, said researchers with the Alan Guttmacher Institute, who surveyed all known U.S. abortion providers during the past two years.

bump - real later
Opponents of the procedure call it partial-birth abortion because in some cases the fetus is old enough to survive outside the womb.Or
Because most of the baby is born when it is killed. Only the head is left in the womb - and that only in order not to be murder under law.

Banning this hideous procedure needs to be top priority in the Congress. There's no excuse!

The murder for pay doctors, and their supporters, have discovered a lower level in the sewer where they live.

What we need is a Constitutional Amendment to ban all abortions. With a republican president and congress, it's now or never.

But...but....but....
......the newsies always refer to this as "an extremely rare form of late-term procedure."

Partial Birth Abortion rates right up there alongside the extermination of the jews in Europe by Hitler.
There are Museums all over the world to remember the people destroyed by Hitlers Madmen. Will the U.S.A. put up museums someday to have a chilling reminder of the current 47,000,000 American Innocent Children Murdered by American "Doctors". After all Hitler only murdered 6,000,000, we are already seven times that number and they are our own children.
I believe this crime is much more fieadish and foul..
