Nonresident aliens who do not have receive income from any source inside the United States. In other words, if you live in Pakistan, are not a US citizen, and do not receive income from any source within the United States, you don't owe US income taxes.

And that is the totality of Thurston Bell's "strategery." You simply claim that you are a nonresident alien with no income from any source inside the United States.

That's kind of hard to explain when you live in, say, Topeka, Kansas, and own/operate some sort of enterprise in Topeka, where you do your business.

If we had a flat tax or a consumption tax, then all tax payers would be equal.

Every year IRS always releases these stories around tax time to get us all in line and paying without causing them grief.

They also do it to make angry people like you. Who RAH RAH and support the IRS because you are pulling the wagon and you feel they aren't.
