Good post. My acid test is to reverse the situtation. If a white person called a black woman a 'black bitch', he would be suspended for inciting racial hate.

I was forced to attend a class entitled "Minorities, Women and the White Male" while working at Motorola. Guess what group was the target for everything that has gone on since the beginning of civilization? My point is that if it weren't for the white man, there still wouldn't be a civilization.

When the students look at whitey for the root cause of all their problems no wonder the teachers are treated shabbily. If the Administration of the schools allow the students to mistreat the white teachers because it is a cultural thing is disgusting. I don't blame these people a bit for wanting to go to a school where they can teach instead of having to deal with a bunch of kids who don't want to learn and hate you for being there.

Exactly. The other week I was watching "In the Heartland" with John Kascich (sp?) on the Fox News Channel. He was interviewing the first Native American to be in space. I couldn't help but wonder how many thousands of years would have passed before the Apaches or Comanches developed their own space program if the white man had never came to North America(if ever?). Then I had to wonder if that made me a rascist or a realist.
