Look at these sheeples. It isn't about racism. It's about America drowing in a flood of immigration, legal and illegal, which we cannot assimilate (economically, politically, morally, or nationally).

Oops. That should read "drowning."

You don't know much about the World Church of the Creator, do you?

While immgration laws should be enforce, the political right cannot enbrace any racist organization. While rejecting racism is a political must it is also a moral must.

These people will be soundly denounced by the right. THAT will be totally ignored by the media. On the other hand, the left celebrates their wacko's, and get away with it.

The Somalis probably hired him ..knowing he would so polarize the community ...they wouldnt have the guts to protest for fear of being associated with this moron
The Somalis win....ruining an American community...and its rural way of life
Affirmaitive action immigrants and illegals rule!

"You don't know much about the World Church of the Creator, do you?" Nope. But I know about immigration. And am somewhat familiar with the problem in Lewiston.
I wouldn't ally myself with the WCC. But Lewiston cannot handle the flood of Somalis. That's my point.
To: hoosierskypilot
The point of the picture is that the people of Lewiston are protesting the exploitation of the immigration of Somalis to Lewiston by a bunch of racists and antisemites--the World Church of the Creator (I will not put up a link to their website--the last person who did had their posts pulled and was banned, but you can find it on a google.com search). It should be noted that none of the World Church of the Creator members who showed up at the rally (their leader, who was supposed to give a speech in Lewiston, is cooling his heels in a Chicago jail awaiting his detention hearing on solitication of murder)are from Lewiston.

I have mixed feelings about this. While I certainly wouldn't be out in the streets supporting white supremists, it won't be either the democRats or the Republicans who will get immigration under control.
Often things have to get worse before they get better. Somebody is going to have to put his foot down at some point and salvage what can be salvaged of this country before we've given it all away.

"..While immgration laws should be enforce (sic)" I know nothing about WCC, but I do know how frustrating/maddening it is to see one's community absolutely destroyed by third-world refugees.
I know how maddening it is to beg an impotent president to act.
And, no, I do not endorse supremacists.
But it is getting awfully frustrating waiting for our elected officials to simply do that which the law already demands.

Somebody is going to have to put his foot down at some point and salvage what can be salvaged of this country before we've given it all away. It's not the Mayor of Lewiston, who complained about the Somali immigrants. He hightailed it for Florida a couple days ago. And the people of Lewiston don't want all these outsiders (on both sides) coming in & mucking this up even more. http://www.boston.com/dailyglobe2/011/metro/Maine_city_braces_for_neo_Nazis_counterprotest+.shtml

Re your # 5....
While rejecting racism is a political must it is also a moral must. Those are fine words!
But what is a racist?
Is a racist a person who believes that all people are not equal either physically or intellectually.....but that everyone must have the same opportunity to use whatever capability he or she has?
Is rejecting two better qualified white students at the U Michigan simply and solely because the University needed to fill their quota for Black students "moral"? Seems to me the white kids got screwed.

They actually look like the sea of brain-dead, pc, new-age, starbucks coffee drinking, anti-gun, anti-law enforcement, anti-meat eating, anti-Christian, soccer moms and dads I see on the left-coast.
I cannot stand that whining, insipid, arrogant, complacent, tranquilized mentality.

"But what is a racist?" Good question.
If a racist is someone who believes slaves deserve reparations, but not their descendants, I guess I qualify.
If a racist is someone who believes everybody should have the same opportunity, based upon hard work and innate intelligence, not gender or race, then I guess I qualify.
If a racist is someone who believes affirmative action has been overdone, I guess I qualify.
I don't dislike anybody. Period. I worship with blacks and hispanics, and have them into my home. But I fellowship them because they have proven themselves.
That's a far cry from endorsing criminals and third world ratholes just because they are minorities.

Depends if the Canadians are there for the welfare.

You know, I was thinking as I was reading this, back in the old days, and the older days, AND the oldest days (shall we say: "Since the beginning of time"?), there were plenty of wars and skirmishes to keep other tribes/countries from resettling land. Now we have government-condoned/forced resettlement and the "government of the people" dares the people to say or do anything about it.
I have read about the Somali immigrants. They seem like a literate, mostly educated, family oriented bunch. They also do not want to assimilate or have any connection with the American way of life. With all the government-owned land in this country, there should be a place for these people to establish a community. Instead the government forces intergration between two groups of people who don't want to be integrated.
To: hoosierskypilot
This is idiotic, the government will simply cram more Somolis in there after this. It will be completly counter productive, the media will be there making the entire white population of the town look like hard-core racists. The entire underlying issue will be totally over looked and ignored by the media. It will also attract lawyers and other unwanteds like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpten.
