"46% found newspapers to be the most accurate"???? Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor.

I haven't read a dirt-rag newspaper in nearly a decade. When my dear, sweet Cookie (cat) was alive and having the problems of the "old and infirm" I would buy a newspaper as needed to spread around the litter box for "near misses." Since she's gone, I have absolutely NO use for them! :-)

Your stories, beautiful LadyX, are so inspiring.

Having a father who served during WWII, a husband who served during VietNam and a s-i-l who was just released from active duty in the Air Force last August, but spent time in Kuwait, I can appreciate your words.

I love all of our military members, pray for them always and SO very much appreciate all they have done and continue to do to ensure our freedom.

As the occasion arises, I will be sure to be very vocal in my gratitude directly *TO* members as I come across them.

Living in Fairbanks for 3 1/2 years, often for weeks with highs of 40 below zero, the last winter I told the Lord if He would send me to a climate with a semi-reasonable climate, I would never complain about weather again.

He had True Mercy on me, and sent us next to Myrtle Beach AFB, SC, right across the highway from a State Park on the ocean!

Ah, blessings ~ ~ ~ and I do not complain about whatever the weather might be!

I learned to cook biscuits watching my granny...she used LARD in her biscuits and they were the BEST biscuits I have ever tasted.

That study about the Internet was pretty dumb, actually. That 46% was kids 15-25 yrs. It was a study on Lamestream media bias more than anything...

Sorry I wasn't here much on the weekend, but all the afterwork I do at home must be gotten to on Saturdays now, and Sundays are for going to church and just chilling out!

I went to the store to get some bread and milk, saw the tape of the Crocodile Hunter Mocie and bought ot. I went home and watched it, tiu was hilarious! I never laughed so much at a movie before. That croc stole the show IMO!

I had a nice weekend, how was everybody doing?
