Are you saying there was another reasonable interpretation of Howlin's words (before she came out with her explanation)?

I am simply pointing out that only 3 people "interpreted" her statement in that way. Now why does that sound like at least 2 of those people, with an ax to grind with Howlin (I don't know about you), would take that leap??

Howlin says she didn't mean it the way it came out so ok, drop it.

The rest of us took it to mean what we said originally. We will drop it.

Plus this thread is about AA which I would think its being derailed so as not to talk about it and that is wrong. This is the issue of the week and its only going to come up as more stories are written about.

Bush should take the stand and slam AA.
