Thanks for the ping.
I LOVE our President! And like someone earlier said, I'd never want to play Poker with him.
Actually I would, just to meet him, knowing I'd likely walk out without my shirt. ;)

The farther to the left one is, the more likely one is likely to believe Bush is hopelessly stupid.
Bush is a man of God (for real, not for the Sunday morning photo op).
The secularists on the left, who have come to dominate the Democrat party since the McGovern campaign in 1972, detest and despise the "religious right".
I see this up close and personal in the vitriolic scorn that several liberals in my family hold for "the Christian right". And I saw this documented in a post hear yesterday: Our Secularist Democratic Party (Long, Important Analysis).

As I thought more about it, it became increasingly apparent that it was part of a strategy that the Bush Administration has employed for some time to put the Democrats in a box. That's what I thought since GW took office. Excellent strategy.

STRATEGERY!ROFLMAO! Oh yeah baby-President Bush can pronounce words anyway he wants to as long as his comments continue to have the vision and impact they do. Oh yeah....oh yeah...we have a very smart, unafraid, deft man leading us. And, best of all, he understands where all power comes from. I wuv our President. He is a man of integrity, with plenty of grit to demonstrate his will.

Thanks for the tip on United Seniors. I'll look into it.

See post #91 by Ernest_at_the_Beach on the United Seniors Association. AARP started sending us junk mail when we turned 50; it's a pain.

See post #91 by Ernest_at_the_Beach on the United Seniors Association. You know, this might be a good way to protest AARP.

McCain is still very annoyed that he lost the election. He'll do anything he can to upset W's programs. I think he'd like to see a huge recession rather than have to admit that W did anything right.

Duly noted. I will get in touch with that organization.

such that the Speaker of the Assembly (a Democrat) endorsed Bush for his second term. That was the Lt. Governer (the late Bob Bullock). Anyhow, we don't have an "assembly" here- we have a House and Senate form of legislature.
To: TexasBarak
TexasBarak, thanks for setting me straight. Was the LTGov the only Dem to endorse Bush? I've told this story (incorrectly) several times and I want to be sure I get it right in the future.

The Democratic Tax Plan is a warmed over version of Bush's first tax plan that the Democrats so widely criticised as being ineffectual.
