Security Council? As in permanent menbers with veto powers, like Russia/France/Germany?

The permanent members with veto powers are USA, UK, China, Russia, and France. But see jwalsh07's post #46 listing "suspect" countries: "Russia, Germany, North Korea or China."

Three of the 4 are currently on the Security Council; the other is a member of the "Axis of Evil".
