I was not posturing on Bush's position. I am just saying that, inasmuch as getting involved means filing a brief, Bush needs to stay out of it.

But quotas are bad for America. It’s not what America is all about, which is equal opportunity and the opportunity for people to realize their potential.

I agree with what Bush said---everyone in this country deserves equal access to government programs. Don't you agree with that?
